The RITMO Centre provides a service - technology that greatly helps entrepreneurs and enterprises to gain a competitive advantage, affects the reputation of the trade mark, products or services in an unostentatious way. It provides a permanent place in the market and increase goodwill. Most companies and corporations use this service incognito.
Personal Philosophy Factor
As the only one in Europe the RITMO Centre helps - executives to enhance intuition, inspiration, imagination and creativity. The top manager usually orders “the increasing of personal philosophy factor” service for himself and his closest associates, sometimes for all employees in the form of the original (independent of any pattern). This is an important measurable factor, which rates (evaluates) managers, leaders, employees and job seekers. The Personal Philosophy Factor is commonly used in the Western Hemisphere in the area of human resources management.
Note: Professionals such as engineers and humanists have come (at several meetings of the Czech Committee for Scientific Management in Prague in the section of Science and Technology in 2016) to a significant common conclusion that without a global increase of personal philosophy and strict application of ethics, the fourth industrial revilution cannot be realized. The increase in the Personal Philosophy Factor becomes a limiting factor to the development of companies and institutions as well as the aforementioned fourth industrial revolution.
To solve this problem the RITMO Centre developed and implemented a brief lecture module: PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY IMPROVEMENT.
